PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Friday, December 22 and Tuesday through Thursday, December 26-28.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 50th Street exit(#169) westbound.
Drive west on 50th approximately 8/10 mile to Green Lake Way.
Turn left and drive southwest on Green Lake Way approximately 5/10 mile to Fremont Avenue.
Turn left and drive south on Fremont approximately 5/10 mile to North 39th Street.
Turn right and drive west on 39th approximately 4/10 mile to Leary Way.
Turn right on Leary Way and drive northwest to NW 42nd Street.
Turn left and drive west on NW 42nd to 9th Avenue NW.
Turn right and drive north on 9th to the auction site, located on the left.
