: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm Wednesday, August 14.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed from 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, August 14, 15, & 16.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- WHITE SWAN LOCATION: From Yakima on I-82, take the Hwy 97/Goldendale exit(#37).
- Drive south on Hwy 97 approximately 1.6 miles to Lateral A Road.
- Turn right and drive south on Lateral A approximately 7.7 miles to Branch Road.
- Turn right and drive west on Branch Road approximately 11.8 miles to N White Swan Road.
- Turn left and drive south on White Swan road approximately 1.3 miles to Curtis.
- Turn right and drive west, then south on Curtis approximately 1/10 mile to Birch.
- Turn right on Birch and drive west approximately 2/10 mile where it turns into N White Swan Road.
- Continue west on White Swan approximately 1 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
- WHITE SWAN LOCATION: From Toppenish drive north on Hwy 97 to Branch Road.
- Turn left and drive west on Branch Road approximately 16.7 miles to N White Swan Road.
- Turn left and drive south on White Swan road approximately 1.3 miles to Curtis.
- Turn right and drive west, then south on Curtis approximately 1/10 mile to Birch.
- Turn right on Birch and drive west approximately 2/10 mile where it turns into N White Swan Road.
- Continue west on White Swan approximately 1 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
- YAKIMA LOCATION: From east or westbound I-82, take the Hwy 12 exit(#31, 31A).
