TERMS & CONDITIONS

- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Thursday, January 27.
- A 25% deposit is required by close of business, each auction day. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale each auction day or between 8am & 4:30pm, Thursday, Friday, & Monday, January 27, 28, & 31.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- To Calabasas:
- From north or southbound Hwy 101/Ventura freeway, take the Las Virgenes Road exit.
- Drive south on Los Virgenes Road to Agoura Road.
- Turn right and drive west on Agoura Road approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.

- To Burbank(from Calabasas):
- Drive east on Agouras to Las Virgenes Road.
- Turn left and drive north on Las Virgenes to Hwy 101/Ventura freeway.
- Drive south on Ventura freeway approximately 19 miles to CA Hwy 134/Burbank/Glendale exit.
- Drive east on CA 134 approximately 1.8 miles to the Pass Avenue exit.
- Turn right on N Pass Avenue and drive 1/10 mile to W Alameda Avenue. Turn left on Alameda and drive 6/10 mile to W Olive Avenue.
- Turn left onto Olive Avenue and drive approximately 1.6 miles to S Victory Blvd.
- Turn right onto S Victory. The auction site is on the right.
