- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Thursday & Friday, February 17 & 18.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-405, take the Hwy 520/Redmond exit(#14) eastbound.
- Drive east on Hwy 520 to the 124th NE exit. Turn left off the exit and drive east on Northup Way to 130th NE.
- Turn right and drive south on 130th approximately 1 block to the auction site, located on the left, behind Angelo's Restaurant, in the Evergreen Center Business Park.
