- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Thursday & Friday, February 24 & 25.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 50th Street exit(#169).
- Drive west on 50th to Green Lake Way. Turn left onto Green Lake Way and drive southwest under Hwy 99 to N 46th.
- Drive west on 46th which turns into NW Market Street.
- Follow Market Street down the hill then westbound to 15th Avenue NW.
- Turn left and drive south on 15th across the Ballard Bridge to Emerson Street.
- Turn right and drive west on Emerson to 19th Avenue West.
- Turn right on 19th into Fishermen's Terminal and drive north 1 block to Nickerson.
- Turn right on Nickerson and drive 3 blocks to the auction site, located on the left.
