- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Wednesday, April 19.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. Small purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, April 19, 20, & 21. Large equipment removal schedule to be announced on auction day.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From east or westbound Hwy 12 in Yakima, take the N 16th Avenue exit.
- Drive south on N 16th Avenue approximately 4/10 mile to River Road.
- Turn left and drive east on River road approximately 4/10 mile to the auction site, located straight ahead at N 6th Avenue.
